Shipping policy
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. During high-demand periods such as sales or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada: 10–20 business days
• United Kingdom: 8–16 business days
• European Union: 10–20 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 12–25 business days
• Rest of the World: 15–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
3. FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (USD) to the United States and United Kingdom, over $60 to Canada and the European Union, and over $70 to Australia and New Zealand. A flat shipping rate of $9.99 applies to all other countries.
4. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment notification. Tracking updates may be slow while your package is in transit between countries — this is completely normal.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 consecutive business days, please contact our support team and we will look into it for you.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We are unable to predict the exact amount, as customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order.
Please note: we are legally required to declare the full value of all orders on customs forms and cannot mark packages as “gifts” to bypass customs fees.
6. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window and tracking shows no recent activity, please reach out to us at support@yourstore.com. We will open a formal investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 7–14 business days to resolve.
If the package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order at no cost or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you realize you made an error, contact us immediately at support@yourstore.com. We can only modify the shipping address before the order has been dispatched.
